Appalling service

Went to collect ordered medicine and was told to stand on a queue, what is the point of collection counter if you going to make us stand on long lines? There was a pharmacist who was busy packing medicines while the queue was long, I told her I'm only here for collection it is ready she told me to go back to the line. This happened at PLATINUM PARK Polokwane Friday 29 2021 15:30
