Appalling Service

This company doesn't care about certain segments of their customers. I find it ridiculous that every time I order my mother's chronic medication is never prepared why promote a service that is not meant for some of us. It doesn't help when your staff rub salt on the wound by acknowledging a Mrs Swanepoel whom their order has been prepared for her too bad for me who doesn't have that privilege that's South Africa for you. I am a nobody so I must just take this behaviour. So much for being a loyal customer for all these years I am at the bottom of the racial class.
