Appalling Service

I am often very impressed when I visit any Dis-chem infact I'm always raving about it but since the Dis-chem in Birch Acres was opened I've been unsure, it just seems like a whole different entity. Most of the time the staff is rude and unfriendly, unwilling to help, not the Dis-chem standard at all. Just yesterday I went in to collect medication and I stood at the collect line for about 10minutes without anyone attending to me. Then when one of the ladies finally did, she seemed annoyed that I had even sent an email and asked if I received an sms, very nonchalant and not even paying attention. She then asked to see the script, a few minutes later she came back and said it was prepared at Mall of Tembisa. When she realized I wasn't leaving she very rudely asked the dispensary manager about my script, looking very uncomfortable he said it's fine I'll handle it. Poor guy was so helpful and patient I could see that he was trying to compsose himself because his staff is just that embarrassing. While he was busy assisting me and getting mine and my son's meds another lady was busy rudely telling other customers to queue in the correct queues and talking about them with the customer infront of her right next to me. It's quiet sad to see that you clearly can't get the same service at Dis-chem in the burbs and the Dis-chem in the black communities. This is not what I know Dis-chem to be.
