Appalling service

Tried calling to book and appointment and no answer, waited several minutes. Then I go into the Overport branch and waited in 5th e queue on Saturday and after waiting in the queue the nurse says she can't see me. I called to book appointment again and another department answered, message was to call me back and still awaiting the call
