Appalling Service

I relocated from Dainfern in Gauteng, and the Dischme in those areas are full of helpful people. My parents live in Khayelitsha, the closest Dischem to them is the one in Promenade Mall, I got a shock of my life. They do racial profiling, people pass you though you show visible signs of confusion and when you ask for assistance, you can see how annoyed they are because you are interrupting them from packing or whatever else they were doing. They don't even look at you when they talk. I thought it was because I was pregnant and sensitive but I went back multiple times after my baby was born and the nurse that was on duty is no different. They speak down on you, I was shocked to see this new culture.
