Appalling Customer Service - Dis-Chem Killarney Mall

Two weeks ago, I returned a faulty product I purchased that was six months old. The item was a rechargeable Phillips toothbrush. After a week, of hearing nothing I called the branch and was told they were awaiting information from the supplier. Then i was called and informed the supplier had the product and they would be getting back to me.... Again not a word... Three days later I called to follow up, and this time i am told they were waiting for the supplier to fetch the unit, so it was now almost two weeks and they had done nothing to resolve this issue..
