Appalling Customer Service at Dischem

So its surprising the service I got at Dischem Cape Gate. The cashier (Charlee Visser) was all smiles with the lady in front of me. As soon as I got to the counter the smile dropped. I tried to say hi at least three times, all I got was a have you been here before. She actually seemed annoyed while I was giving her my ID number.

Well to her relief one her co-workers walked past so she had someone to smile and have a little chat with, while I stood there. While I was taken aback by that, she then leaned over the side of the counter and started chatting to the lady that had left. I guess my spending means a lot less and I deserve ****py treatment. I'm still trying to figure out why. Then she almost threw the cage with the meds in at me, I am still confused as to what caused all of this. I have had enough of ****ty service and excusing it and say "shame she is having a bad day", its a reflection on the company at the end of the day not the person having a bad day. If a person does not wan to work with people they should apply for back office jobs. It is provides a bad reputation for the organisation. I work with people and no matter how bad my day is, because the image of the company I work for, that pays my salary is important to me, I suck it in and smile.
