I am very angry at the services i recieved from dichem at jabulane mall csr the by the name of nompumelelo msani acted like a mananger at the store and i only wanted to exchange baby formulor as it wad because my aunt bought the wrong one no respect from thag women the attitude she gave waa appaling i wonder how many people go throught the same ****ty process where customersreps makes fun of customers they sat the and loughed at me the process to exchange bby formula took an hour cos she went to check the footage what she looking for only God knows i am no longer going to purchase at that store ****en rude customer rep what happnd to empathizing with the customer what happned to the customer is always right???????
