Annoying service from over the counter medicines

Went to Northgate to get flu medicine and the lady who I thought was helping me stepped aside for this man who took over. I was very clear that I wasn't paying for a plastic bag however he chose to ignore me and I repeated it. So intent on I guess impressing himself , he put the items in a plastic bag and then in a metal carrier with a cable tie. What alarmed me was after this whole process I had forgotten the nasal spray which he just put in the carrier without asking for the Dischem card etc etc. Dischem the only thing you manage to do is irritate customers unnecessary and apparently there are double standards and inconsistencies. From his own actions he made the lady to look useless and that is unacceptable. When he first took over I told him that I had not finished shopping but got to impress himself and obviously annoy customers.
