Angry and disgusted

Seems like you guys have a nack for hiring useless unqualified people, 02/12 I got to the bluff dischem 18:01pm the security at the door said the shop is closed the assistant manager came to the door and we told him can we just go in to get a tin of milk for my child , in my opinion he looked like he was high, he said no the shop is closed, there was still alot of people waiting to cash out, my husband pleaded with him and he refused, anyway I said to him I need his details because I was not going to leave it, being a manager, that's basically walking dead,no life or enthusiasm whatsoever, he said fine ,proceeded to walk to the cashier isle and set the stuff , leaving us standing and waiting for his details, I basically had to bang the glass to get his attention again for his details, walking to me like a snail as if he was going to pass put any second, then tells me that he was going to help but ....dont know what he said ,he was never going to help, absolutely useless ,I have to question what is the hiring process at dischem, unsympathetic, go slow, characters, let's argue the shop close at 18h00, I was 1 minute late and not like i needed anything that's not important, i needed milk for my child, this guy will call and apologize for his outrageous behaviour even telling me it's fine to go complain, so he gives a dam about his job, what do u guys really stand for, and yes his name is David Berry assistance useless manager.
