Angry and disappointed at Dis-chems negligence of my injury

I got injured at Dischem Eastgate Mall in their limited space at the till area and was not attended to or assisted initially when informing them. Days later after informing them, they requested that I come for an incident report that would be forwarded to their head office in Cape Town, and wait for 48 hours for their response. Even after they confirmed that they indeed reviewed the footage of me getting injured, I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks, no one from Dischem has contacted me after taking my incident report. I've been to the Dr and have a fracture and in constant and severe pain. I have to buy pain killers. When enquiring with Juandree, the manager he says "it is out of hands" and that I have to wait for the head office to contact me. I am disappointed and disgusted with the service that I received.
