Dischem you have proven that you are ****** store and ****mer, after spending so much money,you tell me , you can't figure out what happened to the R700 of point that was there on the 31st of January, you're telling me stories that doesn't make sense taking advantage of me because I'm black but if it was a white person you would have given them the bag without a hassle. Funny enough I have witnesses who can confirm that on the 31st of January a whole store manager of maponya mall confirmed that I have R700 of point towards the baby bag, for me to qualify I my spend R300 I asked her I think 3 times and she confirmed it , during that period from the 31st of January till 28 of February I didn't return anything instead I bought more items which came to R317 cause that what the store manager told me to spend R300 for me to qualify for the bag , jiki jiki , now I'm being told to spend R400 and something, it's the system, they don't understand what happened, is it my fault, who's the customer here ? I'm talking about something that I saw with my two eyes. They can't come up with a solution to what happened to my points , they excuse it's the system, deal with your system and give me my baby bag, cause I ve spent more than R3000 something on baby items so the stories that you're making up don't make sense.
