****** and disrespect for elderly customer at Dis-Chem

This morning my wife went to Dis-chem in Boskruin Village to collect our chronic meds. She paid at Teller 1 by tapping the card on the machine and began walking away.

The transaction however required a PIN that my wife didn't see when she turned to leave. At this pont the teller asked my wife, in these exact words "Are you stupid?"

This teller can thank her lucky stars that I wasn't with my wife when she did this. It is utterly and completely unacceptable that some low-life teller will ask my 59-year old wife if she is STUPID.

You will NEVER see us in your store again, this I promise you today. Neither will I let this thing go, there will be consequences at Head Office level for an insult of this magnitude. Who do you think you are to ask my wife if she is stupid, you ********, pathetic waste of life?

The incident was reported to the store manager, who promised to "have a meeting" with the teller. This is not sufficient to appease my anger. How do you ask your customer, a retired white lady if she is stupid?

There is clearly ZERO respect for the store's customers and smacks HEAVILY of ******. You have made your choice, now you will face the consequences...
