An unnecessary frustration when ordering chronic medication from Dis-Chem

I use Dis-Chem for all my chronic medication orders. While they are efficient, they have often not loaded my new prescriptions when I have sent them to their dispensary, which is very frustrating as I then have to wait for them to find the new script when I go in to get the medication.
