AMAZING SERVICE IN THESE CHALLENGING TIMES

I have compromised immunity and an arm that is disabled. I called the store to order my chronic medication and to enquire about the many items that I could not find online.I made numerous calls to the store but had an extremely long wait to be directed to the appropriate department. I decided to request for a senior staff member a few days later. I was attended to by Sylvester who offered the most amazing service.He was pleasant, understanding and never showed any form of irritation. I had many requests and made many calls to him for various items--he managed this with great respect and exceptional service. GENERALLY DURING MONTH END AND NOW COVID19 THE STRESS ON STAFF IS GREAT ESPECIALLY IN A PHARMACY THIS GENTLEMAN HAS GONE BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. One could actually feel his body language and respect over the phone. During this Covid period, service levels have dropped throughout--I have had numerous unpleasant experiences, even from people who I deal with personally, but Sylvester has shone like a bright light in the darkness. I can truly say he is a great asset and an ambassador to Dis-Chem. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. You value customers and their business like the store belongs to you--what a blessing to your shareholders. Your positive attitude and expertise will definitely allow you to climb greater heights. I shared this experience with nearly ever person Ive communicated with,,I cant find the words to describe this gentleman. Well done Sylvester--a true champion for your brand.
