Always out of stock and unhelpful staff

Hello,<br> <br> I stopped in at Dischem on 1 April 2015 and saw the specialon Savlon - 2lt on offer for R65 and get a 250ml bottle free, which I would have liked to have purchased. Unfortunately they did not have stock of the 250ml bottle. I was told there was nothing they could do by the African sales man when I explained I could not come back there to collect the free offer as I was in Jhb only for this week. Why have anything on special if you have no stock? The staff at Dischem stores in general are extremely unhelpful and shopping at any one of their stores can leave a really unpleasant taste in a customer's mouth!
