Alloof - Cold - Uninviting

On the 30th I went to Dischem Maponya Mall for a prescription. I was serviced by Sali Sali.

He came across as someone who was not eager to give a service. I couldn't hear when he greeted. He looked very bored and disengaged. All the time I was speaking Zulu to him not realising he doesn't understand until I saw his name tag.

I am pleading for Dischem to give training to the guy on customer service . A smile should be added and energy. He was indeed a disappointment.
