I was denied to use a voucher two weeks at Tembisa mall dischem pharmacy two weeks ago

The vouchers contains codes and scans but i was told they are no longer accepted as the store is suspecting *****.

I was told to come back in a week or so as they were busy with investigations l. i went back to the store today and i was told that i cannot use the vouchers as the vouchers are from Clientele Life , i was told that the fact that the vouchers that i have is two ,so they suspect *****.

What i’m struggling to understand is that what is the difference from these vouchers to the other ones that you guys accept.

Your systems are not up to date that they can dictate if a voucher is invalid or not. Funny thing is that a day later i went to another Dischem store in Morningside and they allowed me to buy with the voucher.

Sphamanda Gebevu which is the manager told me that it is a company protocol that they don’t accept these vouchers.

So the fact that the voucher worked at another store meaning that the store at Tembisa mall are just lazy and ***********.

I’m writing this so people know and don’t allow this ************** against customers, the fact that i’m using a different method to pay doesn’t give them the right to dismiss me from the store.
