Accused of theft

So this morning in Dischem Olympus at the till two workers confronted and accused my 17 year old son (in front of all the other customers at the tills) of Bio Nike skin products he apparently brought 2 months ago. According to them the transaction did not go through and that he now have to pay R500.00.

He told them that he never brought any Bio Nike products as he doesn't use that brand. They then wanted us to go to the security room to view cctv footage.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS SO HUMILIATING!!!

Afterwards i went to the supervisor and told her what happened. She did not even try to sort is out. I did leave my Cell number and told her that i would like to see the footage as there are hundreds of school kids with blazers going to Dischem.

Never ever will i go back there.
