Accused of *****ing

On the 31st December 2021 went to Dis-chem in Claremont to buy my pills, Adcodols and that is where I normally buy them. To my surprise the humiliation and embarrassment I faced when I was accused of previously not paying for the pills. It went to the point that i might working with the cashier that helped me at that time. I was taken for an interrogation, I would call that as I was taken aside, questioned about my purchase which I did not pay for. I was lost and confused, because as far as I know, i never went out to the shop without paying for my stuff. According to them this transaction happened in October 2021. My question was why the other Dis-chem never brought this into my attention. I have been continuing buying to the other branches, up until that Friday I was accused of *****ing. It went to the point where I was even threatened that if I dont speak truth, they will look to surveillance. My question is why they did not look before. After the interrogation, there was no solution nor answers for my questions. My contact numbers were taken, when I continued shopping, went to the till, but I struggled to buy as the cashier couldnt process my sale. She went to call the supervisor, supervisor who refused to come and assist. I have never felt so humiliated in my life, I was treated like a *****.
