Abuse of power and humiliation of employee.

I'm very disturbed to see a white male(store manager) shouting insults at a pregnant woman(employee) for wearing shoes that are comfortable for her since her legs are swollen. The manner in which he handles himself in front of us customers especially towards black employees is not proper and should be addressed ASAP by senior management. When I asked one the cashiers on my way out, I was told that he behaves worst than this when no customers are around and furthermore, even his seniors know about his conduct and do nothing to him. Incident happened at Dischem Hartebeesport. Store managers name is herm**** or something like that.
