Abuse and assault of pensioner

I would like to express my unhappiness with the treatment my mom of 68 years of age was given by the management of this particular store.

My mom was returning a medication (Movicol) yesterday on the 16th October ,which she was convinced by the pharmacist to purchase on the 14th of October

Unfortunately for her to be told that the store doesn't not allow medicine to be returned fair enough as we understand that each institution has its own policy and procedures, however for the store manager to call security for her to be escorted out was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. All this was because she was trying to explain the reason for her returning the medication.

She was interrogated and treat like a theif.

Please not as a family we will not be taking this matter lightly.
