Absolutely rude behaviour

This is the second complaint i have had about dischem. The first was about savanah malls dischem pharmacy who are rude and very unprofesional. It was resolved and I then met an amazing Lady called Karien. So Karien is on leave. I go to platinum dischem and wait. And wait while a pharmacist ignores me to pack shelves. I explain to her I have a sick baby in my car and still. The lady at the dispensery is busy making small talk with a gentleman and and after some time standing in the q I butted in and ask quickly what I needed. The gentleman did not mind as i was very polite and and then as the dispenser for over the counter medication hands me my medication she insinuated I was lying about my sick son in the car because the medication was for me. Did she have time to listen to the full story? Is it in fact any of her business? Is it o.k to male this insinuation in a loud and public place which was by that time of evening. The cashier which there are only two off looks lije she lost her best friend all day and cannot afford a smile or a decent greeting. What on earth is going on. This place was once run so well??????
