Absolutely Pathetic

I went for my covid test at Dischem (V&A). It states on the website I can claim it back from Medical Aid. Once I submitted the claim Discovery rejected it stating that Dischem used the incorrect tariff code.

I emailed Nick twice and spent 20 mins on 2 separate occasions each trying to get hold of him. Eventually I was told by him he cannot used the correct code as it is **********. When I got upset about his he put the phone down on me.

How difficult is it to get a piece of paper with correct information from you?
