Absolute Nightmare From Start to Finish

After attempting to purchase Pilates mats from two different Dis-Chem Pharmacies stores in KZN — after both checking online availability *and* phoning the stores beforehand to confirm stock — we drove out only to discover that neither store actually had the items that their system claimed were available.

To avoid further inconvenience, I then placed an online order for **two of the exact same mats**. When the order arrived today, I received:

* Two completely different mats * One significantly cheaper than the other * One in the incorrect colour from what was ordered

After contacting Dis-Chem to report the issue, I was then told that *I* would need to take the incorrectly supp**** items back to a store myself in order to receive a refund.

This entire experience has been an unacceptable waste of time, fuel, effort, and money. The stock inaccuracies, poor fulfilment process, and lack of accountability for resolving their own error have been incredibly frustrating.

After multiple failed attempts to simply purchase the correct product, I can confidently say I will never support this business again.
