Absolute intolerable,bad,disgusting service

Whatever you do, do not go to the dischem Farrarmere benoni beauty salon. The woman are totally bad they sit and gossip about everyone especially their managers to the customers, and as for the so called manager that does not know the rules and regulations of their salon whereby she gave me false information. I had my nails done and the product was lifting but unfortunately I went on holiday when this happened so when I got back upset cause my nail polish peeled whilst on holiday the manager tells me "it's not on" its only a week she even made an appointment for me the next day to have it redone. She even showed me her own nails and said see mine lasts a month and when I asked her if she did it at their salon she said NO I go somewhere else not here. When I get there the next day I get treated like a ******** she firstly makes me wait 45 mins because her nail tech was doing someone else's nails and they went on talking and giggling ignoring the fact that she went over my time. Then the so called manager comes to me and says that her manager says that they cannot redo my nails because it was too long. I reminded her that I advised her I was on holiday when it happened that is why I was a week later there she went to phone her manager then she Insists that she tried phoning me but when I checked my call log there was no calls from her. So she ****. Then in a huff she takes me to her nail tech and tells her in front of me don't do any other colors just the color that was done but what she I was so embarrassed as I felt as thou she thought I was there for a freebie. I later called the salon to get the managers surname to lodge a complaint but none of the people I spoke to would give me her surname they were rude and absolutely intolerable. It was my first and last experience with them and I will never go back to that salon. Absolute rude and bad behavior for adults. The worst thing is that they had 2 girls training there and for the senior nail tech to allow them and herself to talk about their management that way in front of people puts a bad taste in my mouth. Remember they only met me for the first time. The managers name is Sharon that's all I got.
