Abrupt staff, no paper trail and unknown amounts charged to my account that I never asked for

Called the very unfriendly debtors person about an apparent account outstanding amount from May 2026. No itemized billing, amount is 120 days past due but this is the first time ever getting a statement.

They said they'll escalate to online department and we're abrupt. Multiple people speaking loudly in the office over one another. Could not make out most of what was said.

Told I don't get a reference number and was hung up on before I could even get a name
