Above and beyond

I was being assisted by the pharmacist with my prescription. She was extremely helpful and was doing everything possible and more to assist, when things went pear shaped! 6 armed ******s were robbing the store. I was caught in a corner with a gunman in front of me. The pharmacist went out of her way to get me to a safer area.

The management and staff remained cool calm and collected. Did everything humanely possible to protect their customers Fortunately no one was injured and no shots fired. 2 days later I received a call from Dischem head office. A courtesy call to check I was okay, whether I had had anything ****** and if I needed trauma counseling. Impressive service and care not just from the store but head office as well.
