A very bad service

Good day, on the 23rd of October 2021. I went to dischem and I was given the bad service ever. What happened is just before the self service medication there is a round thing I don’t know what they call it so they pack the sunglasses there and there were on sale for R50 rand so I confirmed with one of the workers if all of them is R50 rand he said yes. Fast forward I normally buy my sunglasses pouch at dischem they go for 9.95 if I am not mistaken I met other lady and I asked her where can I get the pouch she said number 8 I went there I got the pouch and there were other sunglasses but I only took the 4 pouch as excited as I was because the sunglasses were very nice I went to the till to pay. My worst nightmare the sunglasses were R70 rand and I told the cashier that those were R50 rand and I directed her were I got them. She went and I was standing there frustrated because she is wasting my time after sometime she came back with other lady who told me that no this is R70 rand and I told her that they were R50 rand so it’s not my fault they started mentioning people that I didn’t know and said maybe another customer took them and put them there because they’re not on special. Couldn’t they call supervisor to come and authorize because a customer buys what she sees it’s not my fault that someone put it there. I was treated as if I took the sunglasses same place where I took the pouch. The mall was about to close and I was rushing somewhere and mind you that I was a cashier at clicks so I know how things works. I told them to remove it so that I can pay and leave. I didn’t get an apology for the time wasted there only thing they saw on me it’s like I was dishonest. I demand the apology, I want to buy the sunglasses with the same price that I saw on Saturday 23rd October. If it means they must check the footage so be it I am not gonna allow myself to be treated like that
