A terrible experience wiped out by exemplary service

I recently had minor surgery and needed to get some wound care stuff and a script filled. I went to my local Dischem at Blubird Shopping Centre directly after I was discharged from Hospital on 16 September 2019. Waited in a queue, they indicated to come to the pharmacist at number 5 and when I got there the pharmacist started having a nice chat to the person on her right... while I was standing there, waiting. I was under the effects of General Anaesthetic so groggy and miserable and not feeling my best. This white lady standing opposite me just ignoring me. Anyway, I said something and she jumped - filled the script without saying a single word to me even though I explained why I was irritable and let me on my way. On the script was a wound-care item but I didn't know at the time. She said nothing of it. Terrible terrible terrible service! I know that this is a 5-star rating for exceptional service - the reason why is because I had a follow-up appointment at the specialist on Wednesday where she gave me up-hill about wound care and why I didn't use the replacement bandage she said I should get on the script...that's when I realised that this idiot at Dischem on Monday that acted like a kid after being chastised for making a sick client wait for her to finish a freaking nothing conversation with someone had not even given me information about the bandage! Honestly that woman deserves to be fired but anyway. So my doctor gives me another script and I go to the same Dischem. I have a look through the script and see that the majority of the items on it are wound-care related and I doubt that I'd be getting them at the Dispensary but I ask the pharmacist who helped me that day and she confirmed same. There was only an ointment she could help me with, and she confirmed that the rest of the items appeared to be related to wound-care. Before confirming this - she indicated where in the store I would find each of the items. So I thought that's what I'd have to do - treasure hunt in Dischem!

Anyway, I was talking to my wife while this Pharmacist filled my script and I didn't even realise she was gone slightly longer than I expected considering it was ONE item. Nope... it wasn't one item. When she came back to the counter she brought every single thing on my script to me. I was really shocked, especially because I then noticed that the childish idiot was serving people in the counter next to where we were, so the contrast in service delivery was that much clearer. I told her that she could teach customer service anywhere and told her I had just had a bad experience at that same Dischem two days before. She was freaking amazing though. So... I want the management at Dischem to know that they have an absolute star working for them and she's very worth of praise, her name is K****tso Ledwaba. I really want them to know how amazing my experience was because of one person they employ. Thank you K****tso, I will be looking out for you every time I end up at that Dischem. Exceptional service!!!
