A ******* on my loyalty points

I am so mad at Dischem. You really do pretend that this loyalty point is for the customer's benefit ,but you are ripping us off. I had went to Dischem at Ferndale mall on the 16 August 2023. I was assisted by Seipati Mogojoe . When she was ringing the items she said my loyalty card could not work they are offline .I had R100.4 on my loyalty card . My purchase was R99.05. I had to pay it cash as my loyalty card did not work. And she said I should keep the slip so that if the loyalty points were used when we come with the slip it will be resolved. Now I got to Dischem Randburg square they told me I cant use my points I have R2. I desperately needed to buy my child's huggies and I was relying on my points to help me and it mean I had paid cash and with my point at Fernadale. How is that fair. The lady Thembisa who was helping me at Rnadburg square to her this was a joke and she was laughing and I even told to have ubuntu as we all have plans financially and if I am budgeting on my points its my problem not hers. Teach her to have empathy when dealing with customer's. I am really dissapointed and hurt. I buy my baby staff at dischem all the time. Sometimes it is just that I forget my card however my medication and Most things i used dischem . Why are you ripping me off ??????my number is *** . Philisiwe
