90% of the time all round great service

I shop at least twice monthly at park meadows dischem and generally spend in the region of R1,000 on each shopping outing. 90% of the time I am very happy with the Dischem service however phoning your call centre and getting feedback is like looking for hen's teeth.About 6 months ago I phoned the branch and spoke to a black guy who said he was in merchandising (don't remember his name) and enquired as to why Dischem no longer stocks the Scholl cracked heel repair cream?I was advised that in fact Dischem would be making this particular product available at their stores as from Aug 2015. Well it is now almost 2 months later and this product is still not available.What I would like to know is why is it impossible to get this product in SA when it is freely available all over the world?There are many many similar products available on the market BUT nothing works as well as the Scholl Cracked Heel Repair Cream (not to be confused with the Scholl heel softening cream).I know for a fact that this product sold very well when it was available last year - so my only question is why am I as the consumer not being able to purchase it. Is this a Bayer issue or a Dis-chem issue?Please advise
