6 week vaccination absurdity

I have now gone 3 times for the 6 week vaccination and each time you are out of stock, but that is not my only issue. I went to Dischem in tokai (Blue Route mall) for the second time and the nurse was absolutely rude, first she insisted we did not have an appointment, after frustrated words were shared my husband had to go to the computer and point out our appointment, once we had validated our appointment, she then insisted she cannot give an injection because she had sprained her wrist. Why the heck is she working is she cannot perform the primary function of the clinic. After we complained and called for the manager she then said there is no stock of the 6 week vaccination.

If one clinic does not have stock you should notify the clinic and they should provide alternative clinics to make the appointment. I called around and none of the clinics answered eventually considering demographics, we drove to sea point which is a 40 min drive from our house to only get confirmation that they have stock but that they cannot see us and we will need to make an appointment via the help desk/call centre.

This is absolutely appalling service, I am disgusted with the treatment received from the nurses and just the lack of proactive manner by the call centre feature.
