5 Years of complaining in vain about phone number issue

It's been at least 5 years now of trying to get Dischem to fix an issue with my contact number vs my wife's. Every time I'm called regarding my wife's prescriptions which she asked for I ask for my number to be removed or for her number to be used for that sort of thing. It doesn't stop. I get SMSes which I don't see but which she needed to see. Every time I complain nothing is done. The people who phone are courteous but I doubt they pay the slightest attention to the problem.

Please will you have someone call me who can actually fix this on the system.
