20 mins wait for help

just want to say I’m very upset trying to get hold of the clinic department only to hold for 20 mins not on

Keeps ring and throwing my call back and fort saying you are caller number 50 then 46 and then back to 50??

Very pathetic all I wanted was some information now I’m force to come to the store directly, please get your phones system in order
