2 DAYS LATER STILL NO MEDICATION

I went to Dischem Northgate on 11/04/2016 to get my prescription. I was only given two types of pills the third one which is a generic was not available and they said it will be available the next day 12.04.2016. I was billed for all the medication on 11.04.2016. Yesterday 12.04.2016 I went back to collect the outstanding medication only to be told its not yet available but i have been already. I am sick and I need this medication. Why couldnt dischem say off hand on my first day there that they do not have stock and I could go to a different pharmacy that has stock available. My health is at risk and detoriorating dur to non service deliverance from Dischem. I want this resolved asap
