1275 worth R850.00 when it comes to baby bag but only worth R12,75 when its considered as benefit Points

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant I registered my pregnancy a while ago (not exactly sure what the date was) at the Krugersdorp Branch I have been accumulating points and saving them to qualify for the baby bag as it clearly states on your website and in store that you need 1275 or more BENEFIT POINTS on your card from date of registration

On Sunday 1 March I logged into my online portal and according to the website I had 26748.76 Benefit Points (screen shots attached) I spent most of these points in store Today 09/03 The website indicates that I have 6993.77 Benefit Points available (screen shots attached)

1st of all a misrepresentation was made as your website and instore poster CLEARLY indicates that I need to earn 1275 or More BENEFIT POINT to qualify for the bag – on 1 March I already had 26748.76 – 1275 goes into that more than 20 times…

I discussed this with the customer care lady at the Krugersdorp Valley View Branch After a long argument she pointed out the T’s and C’s and that my Total Partner points don’t count , this seems very unfair but I accept that the T’s and C’s apply but then you need stick to all other misrepresentations made on the website According to them I have to spend money not points this doesn’t make since as it clearly indicates that points must be spent and that I still need to spend R400 to qualify for the baby bag as I only spent R350.00 Cash (maybe you must change the wording to spend R850.00 and receive a baby bag)

According to your T’s & C’S 1275 points is R850 (1275=R850.00) this was also confirmed by your reginal manager and 3 in store employees My problem is that if you say that 1275 benefit points = R850 I have been receiving incorrect monetary value for my points earned on my card

1275 = R850 R850 / 1275 = R0.67 per point

Therefore on 1 March I should have had R17921.67 available to spend on my card as I had 26748.76 Benefit Points Today 9 March I should have R4685.82 to spend on my card because according to you 1275 is R850 ??

This is just the 2 most recent times I checked my points online

So I need you to decide and let me know what is the true point structure :

Are you going to give me the baby bag for R12.75 (1275 points) or are you going to give me my monetary value refund of all the point accumulated since receiving the card

Why is 1275 points R850 when it comes to the baby bag but only R12.75 when it comes to benefit points ?
