1 year old injection still outstanding after almost 2 months

I made a appointment for my child's one year injection on the 9th of March. The first day they could help me was more than a month later (16 April). The lady DID confirm 3times the age of my child and that government stock is in available. We arrived at Cape Road Dischem in Port Elizabeth after also confirming my baby is there for her one year old injection. I filled out all the forms. I received the worst and most rude experienced with the sisters on duty. Last thing that happened is to tell me "sorry they can only do one year injection on a Friday morning", which was not even mentioned to me when making the appointment. I confirmed on numerous occasions on the 16th, I told them from the start I can only do it on a Saturday since I did the booking the 9th of March. Now my child is over 13months and the sister just left me with shoulders up. I was also informed by the sister on duty, is that they can only open a ampoule on a Friday's, due to the fact that they must use it on other babies as well. I do not appreciate the way this matter was handled and would please want feedback and a appointment asap for my child's 1 year injection on a Saturday as per attachment I booked the 9th of March.
