You will die if you join this plan

Currently writing this while on my 10th phone call with them. They have sent me from pillar to post when struggling to waive the waiting period for an elder who is on chronic medication. I was promised cover would start 1st Feb if I can prove my mother was on a previous medical aid. I sent all proof and it has been weeks of them not actioning. Each call I make they say they have escalated the matter. I ask for immediate cancelation and told I have to wait 30 days. The only people you CAN speak to are call center agents and no one else. Its like joining a **** really.

Basically you cant use this plan and you cant cancel it either and you might die trying to either use it or cancel it and that is the reality faced by my chronic parent currently.
