Worst services ever.
Absolutely ********** service, trying to get payment back on a claim is nearly impossible, with major mistakes and then blaming the customer and refusing to fix the issue. DO NOT go with them as they do not honor their commitments and even getting pre-authorisation is useless as you just don't get your money back.
