Worst communication

Worst communication I have ever seen in my life. Tried calling all the lost of dentist who don't pick up the line. Then had to go to walk in dentist for emergency treatment and tried to claim it back more than a week ago with no feedback. Escalated this to their email they gave which said feedback within 1-2 days and that was 3 days ago still no email, call or any feedback. When I checked more than half of the approved GP and dentist were removed from their list as well.
