WORSE SERVICE EVER

This was the worst decision to go with Dis-chem Health. I'm using Dis-chem since May 2024 and already having trouble with payments not made. I visited the Dr for the list supp**** by Dis-chem Health, I was at the Dr 3 times, they payed the Dr's visits and the medication, I was sent with the same Dr to go for blood tests. The fist one has been payed. I was then again sent for blood tests. This account is outstanding now for over 3 months, I have send emails every week asking about this, I only get a reply that I did not use the right Netcare Dr, this is the Dr from their list and which they preveously paid. How can this be as the Dr has been covered in full. I do not get any answers just a no reply email with a reference number and no one gets back to me. I think this is very unprofessional. I don't even want to give a 1 star, I am really disappointed and will most definitely look for something else.
