Worse Experience Ever

If it was possible to not have any stars it would be better. Dischem medical insurance is an absolute **** show. The debit your account even after canceling it. I have sent numerous emails regarding my policy and to have it canceled however have received no reply back. I was debited on Tuesday and again today when I called in and advised them I have canceled my policy the agent i spoke to advised she cant assist me without my reference number. Will it not show on the system??? Every time I have contacted them shouldn't it be shown on the system will all notes added?

Dischem health medical insurance is an absolute disaster. Dont recommend anyone having them.
