What a disgrace of of a Medical Insurance this Dis-Chem Health Is .

If I could give a lower than a zero rating I would when it comes to Dis-chem health Insurance.

I have been a member of this so called health insurance for sometime now , and they were good at first , but getting just as all the me other medical insurance ( Out to make money from the people).

So I also received an email stating that the heart attack and stroke will be removed from my policy as from the 1st Jan 2025, yet the premium will still go up. When I queried this asking how this vital part of the policy can be removed as people take out medical insurance due to heart attack and stroke being in the policy , I was told by the supervisor of the department, that there is nothing that they can do as it was a decision that was already made , and there is no premium attached to the heart attack and stroke benefit anyway even though you pay out every month, so come the 1st of Jan 2025 our premiums that we will be paying will still go up either way,

My advise to everyone looking for medical insurance " do your due diligence first before joining any medical insurance" , because let me tell you all these medical insurance companies know that you can afford medical aid so they will promise you the world , and give you nothing , save your money and see if you can maybe get proper medical aid.
