Waste of time and money!!!
I signed up my elderly parents with Dischem Gap Cover and I pay the monthly premiums. What a joke!!! Dischem Gap Cover must be be the most unreliable, unorganised, time-wasting gap cover organisation in South Africa! Submit claim form with all supporting documents - receive a reference number from Kaelo via email. Wait 7 to 14 days - nothing. Follow up with a consultant, they claim they never received any documentation! This has been going on for almost a year. Dischem Gap Cover or whoever you are...I am cancelling and moving my parents on to a new more organised Gap Cover service!
