Trash service with agents who use a ****-like approach to dealing with your case

This medical insurance is a complete ****. We signed up the whole family only to be met with incompetence and loop holes. Refunds, never get done but you will get confirmation from an agent who you will never hear from again. Eye tests and glasses? we were literally told that ''your eyes aren't bad enough for us to cover your glasses'' even though the optometrist recommends that one is needed and even though you have never claimed back on anything yet, nor was this disclosed upon signing up as they were well aware we wanted to get eyetests and glasses first! I dont see the point of paying for a service that doesnt work and doesnt care about their clients. I am still waiting for THULIE the teamleader or manager (which ever one she feels like being on the day) who cant seem to give me any answers, feedback, confirmation and she also canT SEEM TO PICK UP A PHONE TO RETURN ANY OF THE MESSAGES THAT I HAVE LEFT FOR HER!!!! my family and I are beyond frustrated and will be canceling our memberships as this is just a waste of money plain and simple. Stay away unless you wish to be on hold for hours at a time spending money on a service that you can never use.
