Terrible service provider

Shocking service received. No Communication after numerous attempts via email and telephone calls. My claim was prematurely closed off and after many calls and emails, this has still not been resolved. All i receive is an automated response. They do not send feedback to the client regarding information that they require. Their partner Medclaim assist is equally shocking. you just get ignored
