STAY CLEAR

If there was a rating lower than 1 star, I would choose it. The claim process is tedious and despite all the loops you have to jump through, they still find a reason not to pay. Even on claims with their own partner companies like Dischem Pharmacy, which has all your medical account details and claim details, they still refuse to assist in any way. This is a nightmare of a company to be involved with. The claims process is promoted as being so simple and online....NO IT IS NOT! You submit, they reject, you resubmit with new documents, they reject again...highly frustrated!
