Beware of Dis-chem Health!!! ****ming pensioners into believing that they will have cover and then rejecting claims for the most ridiculous reasons. They delete comments from their social media pages and have also disabled the feature to review them because of the sheer volume of complaints. i logged multiple queries on the app, sent countless emails, posted on social media platforms and not a single person bothered to call me. I spent over 30 mintes on the phone with a consultant when I called in myself, the call cut and she never bothered to call back. I called in and left messages for her and to date no response. This morning I decided to submit my details to see if they will call if I say I'm interested in a new product. WITHIN ONE MINUTE, I received a phone call from sales!!!!! Yet will not respond when you have queries or complaints!!!!
