Shocking service
This is the absolute worst medical insurance ever. The staff have no idea what they are doing. There is no list of service providers. The nurse on duty send me to a doctor that did not exist. Eventually i was refered to a hospital that wanted R7000 cash upfront. What **** is this that plays with the life of a desperately sick 1 year old. This is not a medical insurance, it is a death trap.
